How the Rota is created:
 

• The Rota is usually established between the begining of October and the end of November for the following summer.

• There are two rounds where choices are made.

• In round 1 each member chooses 3 weeks when they would like to use the boat.

• In round two they choose further 2 weeks.

• Each year the order in which members choose their weeks is changed. This ensures fairness for everyone.

• A copy of the ROTA is emailed to each member once completed and another placed on board in the Ships Log at the start of each season.
