Seacocks

Eight in total. Seven in use:

 

When exercising a seacock also ensure the Cathodic protection cables are attached.

 

1. Toilet Seacock: Located in the heads cupbard adjacent to the toilet.

 

2. Heads Wash Basin: Located near the toilet seacock in the heads cupboard adjacent to the toilet.

3. Heads Shower Seacock: Located under the companionway adjacent to the fridge.

 

4. Galley Sink Seacock: Located at the back of a lower galley cupboard.

​

5. Aft Cabin Wash Basin Seacock: Located under the wash basin.

 

6. Engine Seawater Seacock: Located under the berth in the Aft Cabin.This MUST BE OPENED before the engine is started.

 

7. Holding Tank Seacock: Located at the rear of the Cockpit Locker. Tank not in use. Do not use the seacock.

 

The following notes are from the original Ops Notes. Im not sure what to make of them: (JS)

One for the domestic salt water. The old toilet inlet seacock is blanked off and should remain closed.
